WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE SAVED?

The prayer of salvation is the most important prayer anyone will ever can pray. When a person is ready to become a New Believer in Christ, he or she is ready to have a first real conversation with God.

Below are the four most important components of that prayer:

1. It includes an acknowledgment that Jesus Christ is God' that He came to Earth as a man in order to lie the sinless life that we cannot live; that He died in our place; so that we would not have to pay the penalty we deserve.

2. It includes a confession of a past life of sin.

3. It includes an admission that the person is ready to trust Jesus Christ as our Savior and Lord.

4. It includes the invitation of Jesus to come into the individual's heart . He is invited take up residence there, and begins living in the that person.

The Salvation prayer begins with faith in God. The prayer of salvation means letting God know we believe His Word is true. By the faith He has given us, we chance

1. Admit your need for forgiveness and peace.
2. Be willing to turn from your sins, believing that Jesus Christ died for you on the cross and rose from the grave.
3. Through prayer, invite Jesus Christ to forgive your sins & be your Savior.
